තමා හමුදාව සම්බන්ධ කර ගනිමින් අවසන් ඡන්ද ප්‍රතිඵල වෙනස් කිරීමට ගත් උත්සහයක් සම්බන්ධයෙන් යන ප්‍රකාශ හිටපු ජනපති සිය ට්විටර් ගිණුමෙන් ප්‍රතික්ෂේප කර තිබෙනවා.
හිටපු ජනපති එහි සඳහන් කරන්නේ එම ප්‍රකාශ හිතාමාතා කරන ලද ප්‍රකාශයන් බවයි. එම ගිණුමේ හිටපු ජනපති පහත පරිදි අදහස් දක්වා ඇත.
තමා එවැන්නක් නොකළ බවත් අවසන් ප‍්‍රතිඵලය තමා පිළිගන්නා බවත්, ඒ නිසා ජනපති මෛත‍්‍රිපාලට සුබ පතන බවත්ය. පරාජයන් තමාට හුරු බවත් ජනමතයට තමා ගරු කරන බවත් ඔහු වැඩිදුරටත් එහිදී කියා තිබෙනවා.
