“මට කියන්න දෙයක් නෑ. ඔයාලා ඉතින් හැමදේම දන්නවනේ” පහුගිය 12 වෙනිදා “හෙරොයින්” චිත්‍රපටියේ ප්‍රවර්ධන කටයුත්තකට සහභාගී වුණ අවස්ථාවක දී විවාහය ගැන ප්‍රශ්නය කරීනා මඟහැරලා තියෙන්නේ එහෙමයි. කොහොම වුනත් විවාහය කල් දාන්නේ පවත්වන තැන හා දිනය ගැන තාම තීරණයක් අරගෙන නැති නිසා කියලයි කරීනා එදා කියලා තියෙන්නේ.
විවාහයෙන් පස්සේ ඉස්ලාම් ආගමට එනවද නැද්ද කියලා අහද්දි කරීනා කියලා තියෙන්නේ ඒක තමයි මම උත්තර දෙන්නේ නැති හරිම වැරදි ප්‍රශ්නය කියලායි. විවාහය පවත්වන විදිය ගැන කිසිම දෙයක් කියන්න කරීනානම් කැමති නෑ. “මේක මගේ විවාහය ගැන කතා කරන මාධ්‍ය සාකච්ඡාවක් නෙමෙයි. ඒ නිසා මම ඒ ගැන කතා කරන්නේ නෑ. මගේ ආසම පාට රතු පාට නිසා මම එදාට රතු පාට සාරියක් අඳිනවා කියලානම් මට කියන්න පුළුවන්”
වටින් පිටින් එන බොලිවුඩ් ආරංචි මාර්ග චෝදනා කරන්නේ කරීනා විවාහ දවසේ දී ශර්මිලා තාගොර්ගේ විවාහ ඇඳුම අඳින්න ඉන්නවා කියලයි. විවාහ උත්සවයේ අනිත් දවස්වල කරීනා මනීෂ් මල්හෝත්‍රා නිර්මාණය කරපු ඇඳුම් අඳිනවා කියලාත් ආරංචියක් තියනවා. කොහොම කොහොම හරි මේ ආරංචිවලින් කීයට කීයක් ඇත්ත වෙයිද කියලානම් හරියටම කියන්න දන්නේ කරීනයි සයිෆුයිම තමයි.
